NYC Set for First Bumble Café & Wine Bar Setups

As one of the most interesting dating apps out there, Bumble brings many a good person together. For those looking for a bit more than a tumble via Tinder, Bumble has become a fine example of social media dating done right.

Now, it looks like they are set to expand even further into new and exciting territory: starting with a new pair of café and wine bar solutions. These will be opening in the plush Soho part of New York City, and will see it be a café during the day, wine bar at night.

Known as Bumble Brew, these innovative new setups will be an interesting place to meet for all Bumble users. It will be good for you to meet a new prospective partner, or even for those looking to network, make friends, or find a business partner.

Expected to open in fall 2019, these interesting new places are going to be quite the social experiment. While don’t imagine it will be copied by many other dating platforms just yet, could this be the beginning of a big change in the modern dating culture we all take part in?

Buzzing into a new form of networking

Part of what makes Bumble so interesting is the rapid rise of its growth. It started in 2014 as a dating app where women are the ones who make the first move. However, it’s not just for meeting a partner: it’s for meeting new friends, business partners, or any other kind of social connection that you may need it for. This is done via the Bumble BFF and Bumble Bizz app.

Previously, the company has found success with pop-up meeting points in London, Los Angeles, Toronto, and New York. If this new bar/café is a success, then, expect similar meeting points to start turning up all across these major cities.

With such expansion and massive ambition, it’s fair to say that Bumble has captured a very interesting corner of the market for itself.

Managed by Whitney Wolfe Herd and part-owned by Andrey Andreev, there is much to love about this dating app. It’s also part of the dating app group Lumen, Badoo, and Chappy. So, with so much expertise and experience behind the scenes, it’s easy to see how Bumble is enjoying year-on-year success across the board.

As one of the few apps out there that is genuinely making money – not just running in losses until it turns a profit – Bumble has the means to make this a reality.

Known for being female-friendly and with the power to help keep people safe as well as feel more confident when looking for a date, Bumble has become the go-to place for many people who just want to find something in their life who makes them feel good.

So, if you live in NYC, why not download Bumble this fall and see who wants to meet up with you in this plush new Soho bar/café?
